5 Women’s Erogenous Zones Most Men Don’t Know

C’mon guys, up your love game!

Sadly, many men seem to think that women’s only erogenous zones are their breasts and genitals. Such is not the case, as you are about to see (and any women will gladly attest to). A woman’s body is, as John Mayer so lovingly put it, a ‘Wonderland.’ There is much to explore and much to discovered. The problem is, most men seem to think turning a woman on means touching her in the ‘mainstream zones.’ What I mean by this is, obviously, vagina, breasts, and buttocks. But in doing that, you are skipping some amazing areas that are likely to arouse a women more than such direct approaches. As soon as you realize gentle touches in the following areas will garner huge responses physically, you will become a zen master of the female body.

Behind-The-Knee

Oh, if you want to talk about a magic button most people (even women themselves) don’t know exists, let’s talk back of the knee. Keep in mind all the erogenous zones listed here are linked to other spots in the body. For some reason, the back (or inside) of a woman’s knee is a direct route to the nerve endings in the vagina. It’s like a direct highway to Shangri-La.
Keep in mind, you stick your fingers under a woman’s knee, it will seem strange as hell. But in the course of kissing and touching, the hand can move there slowly and you will BOTH be pleasantly surprised by the result.

The Ear

Listen, pop culture lied about this one. The ‘tongue in the ear’ thing is gross and turns exactly NO ONE on. BUT, the lobes are very sensitive and tend to trigger pheromone reactions in certain women when they are lightly touched or whispered into and caressed delicately.
Another smart thing to do is run your lips softly against her the outer rim of her ear. Not kissing it, not sucking it. Just letting it know you are there. Her goosebumps will tell you that you’re on the right track.

Behind-the-Neck

Yes, a lot of “behind the” spots on women seem to trigger something. A lot of this has to do with the fact that they are areas that never get touched and are even rarely exposed to air so they are hyper sensitive areas. Touch an area that never gets touched and you will get a reaction.
But it is pretty well known the nape of the neck is quite sensitive. Again, do not be somesloppy beast who licks a woman like she is a popsicle. The point here is to be delicate, to touch women in areas and ways they have never been touched.
If you’re the type of guy who paws at women, you shouldn’t even be reading this.

The Mons

This is the zone to beat all zones, but NO ONE knows what it is. The mons refers the area above the vagina where the pubic hair grows. Because of the hair follicles and nerve endings in each one, lightly caressing and kissing this area will send off fireworks inside her that even the neighbors will be able to hear.
Remember, as with most of these, being delicate is essential. Rubbing her pubic bone and grunting like an animal will do nothing for either of you.

Scalp and Hair

Oh men. Poor men. Why are women’s heads ignored? Most will tell you, a caress of the scalp, holding of the head and hair while kissing, running your fingers through your hair while in bed, all these things work wonders at tuning a woman’s body into the frequencies that all men seem to be on 100% of the time.
If you look over the list, you’ll realize. There is a common theme, which was mentioned a few entries back. These are parts of the female body that go all-too-often ignored. It’s the physical version of ‘how was your day?’ It is a simple gesture that can make all the difference when it comes to the end result. You wanna make love? Make her feel lovely. Yup, that simple.
You make all of her feel beautiful and appreciated and wanted, she will be putty in your hands. Just remember to use those hands for more caressing and less pawing and you’re on your way to being the stellar lover she deserves.

5 Relationship Tips for Couples in Their 30s

5 Relationship Tips for Couples in Their 30s

Maintaining a long-term relationship is something some couples never quite figure out. A healthy relationship, over time, is bound to have some rocky points and misunderstandings. These five relationship tips for couples in their 30s will help you keep your relationship going strong for years to come.

1. You don’t always have to put them first

It is common for younger couples to always want to focus on their significant others more than they focus on themselves. There’s a little bit of paranoia trying to make sure the other person knows you care about them … a lot.
Once you hit 30, other things are going to take priority. Your career is slowly climbing upward. Your parents are getting older. You might have kids. There are times you are going to want to focus just on yourself.
All of these things are completely normal, even necessary, for healthy relationships. You cannot base every single decision you ever make on whether or not your partner will approve. Sometimes, you just have to do things for you or put other loved ones before your other half.

There is room in your life to make time specifically for your partner and satisfying their physical and emotional needs, and you should never neglect this.. That special time does not have to consume your entire life, though. In fact, in a healthy relationship, it shouldn’t. Balance is key.

2. Choose your battles

At this point, fighting over small things just isn’t necessary anymore. By now, you know many of the things that annoy your partner (hopefully) and you also know the things they do that drive you crazy (in both good ways and not so good ones). You know what the two of you will probably disagree on and which opinions you might share.

Don’t pick fights. Don’t purposely do something that annoys your partner just for the sake of starting an argument. Don’t take things out on them and, most importantly, just don’t let the little things get to you.
Let go of the things that aren’t worth a shouting match. If they didn’t put away the dishes (again), just calmly put them away and confront them about it later if you need to. If they don’t react to something you do or say in the way you expected them to, don’t take it personally. The majority of the time, there are much more important things to focus your time and energy on. Just let it go. Move on.

3. Communicate

Know what you want and say what you need. The two of you are way past playing games by now. Humans are not mind readers. If you do not speak up, the other person does not know what you are thinking no matter how well they might know you.

The best way to maintain a positive, healthy relationship with your significant other at this point in your lives is to say what is on your mind. That does not mean you need to be intentionally hurtful. What it does mean is that if you are bothered by something specific, you need to bring up the subject in a calm and mature way.
You do not have to wait until things are going wrong to talk things out, either. Catch each other up on how things are going at work or in other areas of your lives. Spend some time focusing on the positives.
Conversations like these are not pointless. You can talk while you’re making dinner or watching T.V. or getting ready for bed. Don’t just sit in the same room glued to your phones whenever you are together. Talk to each other. This real-life, verbal connection is essential to maintaining a good relationship in your 30s.

4. Find balance between dependence and independence

You are at the point in your life where you are pretty much over the mindset that you constantly need someone at your side to be complete. At work and in other areas of your life, you don’t mind standing alone.
However, in your relationship, constantly wanting independence isn’t necessarily always compatible. Relationships are about compromise and team work. You are in a relationship because, somewhere deep down, you do depend on that person for some things … and there is nothing wrong with that.
It is possible to act independently of your partner while still relying on them for physical and emotional support. You still need them. Not for every little thing, but just because you want to maintain your independence does not mean you can’t still ask for help or for their guidance or opinions.

5. Be honest

By now you have been together long enough, and have enough life experience to figure out, that you do not need to constantly please or impress one another. There is a time for that and a time to say how you really think and feel, even if it might mean temporarily wounding the other person’s pride or feelings.

Don’t say, “I’m fine” when you aren’t. Don’t say you like the paint color when you hate it. The more little lies you tell to keep your significant other happy, the worse off things are going to get.

Even little things build up over time. Hating a paint color and not saying so can eventually escalate to hating the entire apartment or house and everything in it (which seems like an exaggeration, but just think about the last time you were really angry and unintentionally blew things out of proportion).

You cannot be afraid to speak your mind and say what is really going on in your head. Worrying about how the other person will react is normal, but that still should not stop you from being truthful. In the long run, your significant other really will appreciate your honesty more than you expect.

Every relationship is going to have its hardships. Always do your best to make time to keep your relationship strong. Try not to fight over trivial things. Communicate and be honest. It is okay to need them close to you. In fact, it is one of the elements of a healthy relationship that will serve as a constant reminder that you are in this for life, and it is always going to be worth it.

How to Be a Good Girlfriend

good-morning-sms-in-hindi-for-girlfriend
Getting a boyfriend is a great feeling for any girl. Keeping him and treating him right will ensure that your relationship stays on track. Being a good girlfriend is great for your boyfriend and your relationship. An added bonus is if you treat him right he is more than likely to return the favor and you will both be walking on cloud nine.

Tips for Being a Good Girlfriend

Here are a few creative tips for being a good girlfriend.

Be Romantic: A guy loves nothing more than his girlfriend to surprise him with a romantic gesture. Traditionally it was the mans job to be romantic but times have definitely changed in that respect. Treat your boyfriend to a romantic surprise such as a mini break, romantic meal or love poem. Your romantic gesture isn’t measured by the money spent, it is measured by the thought and effort made. Your boyfriend will really appreciate it if you go the extra mile and really think outside the box with your romantic gesture.

Be Honest: Trust and relationships are built on honesty. Lying to your boyfriend is only going to cause problems in the long run. Making small lies that you feel aren’t a big deal can end up causing long term issues between you as he might question other things you have said to him. Be honest with him and remember, it only takes one lie to ruin a relationship and to lose all that trust you have spent months to develop. Even if you have done something you regret, telling him is far better than him finding out on his own.

Show an interest in him: Men and Women are very different from one another. You won’t be interested in everything he is interested in but at least try to understand why it matters to him. By showing you care about these things he cares about you will build trust and respect. A relationship where neither party make an effort to understand the things that matter to the other, is one that is doomed to fail.

Be Sexy: Men are attracted to sexy women who aren’t afraid to seduce them. You don’t constantly have to act sexy but doing it every now and then will keep your man extremely interested. Men love a sexy, confident, powerful woman who isn’t afraid to get what they want. If you demonstrate these qualities every now and then you will have him gagging for more.

Keep it slow: There is nothing worse than someone who wants too much too soon. When you are first getting to know your boyfriend just hold back a little. If you try and move things too fast you might scare him off. Even if you want to make a huge gesture, it’s best just to hold back at the beginning. Gradually let him know how you feel and see what he offers in return. Hopefully he will feel the same and eventually you can show him exactly what he means to you.

Keep strong communication: To build a relationship you need to communicate regularly. This may sound obvious but many couples fail to do this. Communicating means you need to listen to what is going on with your partner. Pay attention to his needs, worries and passions. By communicating with him you can talk over any concerns he might have before they develop into something insurmountable. Letting these concerns bottle up will achieve nothing other than destroy your relationship in the long run.

Being reliable: While small surprises are always good in a relationship, the majority of people will want to be with someone who is reliable. This means that you shouldn’t be constantly cancelling dates or commitments you have made with your partner. Your boyfriend should be able to rely on you to be there for him when he needs you. This builds up trust and makes your much more special in his eyes.

Don’t Nag Him: One of the worst stereotypes of a woman is the nagger. Make sure you don’t fall into this category. If you have any issues bring them up without making him feel like you are being overly negative. If he continues to irritate you then bring it up again but still without nagging. Always keep a positive attitude when talking to your boyfriend. If he decides to keep doing what you have brought up then you need to decide whether or not this is a big problem for you. If it is you might want to pick a fight to try and rectify the situation. Whatever you do don’t continuously go on about the same thing over and over. Give him a chance to address the issue and if he doesn’t then be honest about how unhappy you are about it.

Be Yourself: A boyfriend wants to fall in love with the real you. It can sometimes be hard to be yourself with your boyfriend straight away so ease into it slowly. If he doesn’t like what he sees that is his problem. Your boyfriend should love you for who you are and not what he wants you to be. Everyone puts up a front when they first meet someone and it may take time before you feel comfortable enough to show your true colours. However, eventually this will come and, if not, then it is probably not a relationship with any real future. Don’t feel like you have to change to suit his needs. If he feels you are being yourself around him, you will probably also get to know the real him.

50 Ways to Inspire Your Wife

Ideas to help you make your bride feel cherished

An old story told from the island of Kiniwata relates the account of a man known as Johnny Lingo. The youngest and strongest man from the island, Johnny shocked the islanders by paying the father of his bride not the traditional two to three cows for his wife, or even the four to five cows for an exceptional wife. For Sarita, he paid eight. No one could understand: “It would be kindness to call her plain. She was skinny. She walked with her shoulders hunched and her head ducked. She was scared of her own shadow." Eight cows!? The entire island laughed at the audacity.

Curious about the story, writer Patricia McGerr visited Johnny's home. She was fascinated by what she describes as the most beautiful woman she’d ever seen. She wrote about this in a Woman's Day article,   “Johnny Lingo and the Eight Cow Wife”: “The lift of her shoulders, the tilt of her chin, the sparkle of her eyes all spelled a pride to which no one could deny her the right.”

When McGerr later pressed Johnny Lingo for his reasoning, he explains, “Many things can change a woman. Things that happen inside, things that happen outside. But the thing that matters most is what she thinks about herself. In Kiniwata, Sarita believed she was worth nothing. Now she knows she is worth more than any other woman in the islands ... I wanted an eight-cow wife.”

Now, for obvious reasons, please do not immediately tell your beloved, “Hon, you’re an eight-cow wife.” But remember that, at least in part, a man’s impact may be measured in the joy and character of the people closest to him.
The way that a man sees his wife, the way he cherishes her, has a lasting effect on her beauty within and without. How does your wife feel about you and your relationship to her? How do you want your children to remember your acts of love for their mother?
Here are 50 ideas to get you started toward inspiring an eight-cow wife.
  1. Be a student of her. Where do her passions, gifting, and abilities lie? What energizes her? When does she lose track of time because she’s enjoying herself so much? What weights does she bear? (Can you learn incredible things about this woman that even she doesn’t know?)
  2. Ask God for special wisdom in understanding your wife and in loving her well (James 1:5-6).
  3. Make a list of 30 things that you love and/or appreciate about her. Write them on separate sticky notes, and leave one somewhere in the house every day for an entire month.
  4. For what ministry has God created your wife in order to build up His people? Give her time and energy to pursue it.
  5. Take care of the kids for a day so that she can have a personal spiritual retreat to recharge.
  6. Listen to her sincerely: Observe her words, body language, and circumstances in order to compassionately understand her. Make eye contact with her, and ask thoughtful questions, like “How did that affect you?” or basic who/what/where/when/why/how questions.
  7. If she’s got a budding hobby or one that’s been neglected, purchase something small but high-quality that she would enjoy: quality paintbrushes, a beautiful journal, photo software, a top-notch cooking knife, new gloves, athletic equipment (ahem … only if she loves athletics), a well-recommended book on her hobby. Include a note: Just because I love the way you’re made.
  8. Pray with her, and for her, on a regular basis. Consider making it a regular item in your schedule, such as before you leave for work or go to bed.
  9. Compile a CD with songs that specifically encourage things you love about her. Let her know that you intentionally chose these for her and about her.
  10. When circumstances, conversation, or even movies or songs bring up an area in which she excels, lean over and whisper, “You know, you do that so well. I love how you use ___ to bless the people around you.”
  11. Identify the “life-suckers” in her life. What saps her energy? Consider the points of friction that she often faces in her daily routines. Prayerfully ask God to help you see not only what weighs on her, but also how you could help her.   Initiate conversation to compassionately find solutions with her. Ask, “What could be done to make that less painful (or less difficult)?”
  12. Gently encourage your children to thank her for different ways she serves them: When they have clean laundry, when she serves dinner, when she drops them off at school. (Make sure you’re modeling consistent gratitude for little things, too.)
  13. Identify your wife’s “love language”—what makes her feel loved and valued. Is it words of affirmation, gifts, physical touch, quality time, or acts of service? She may have more than one. Become fluent in each of her "languages."
  14. What pleasures in your life do you enjoy that your wife isn’t able to enjoy? She might not be into fishing like you are, for example, but maybe she’d like her own version of alone time. Like you, she might be honored by accolades for her projects well-done, a chance to finish a conversation, or sleeping in on a Saturday.
  15. Allow your wife to set your standard of beauty, and make it clear to her that she is secure: Your eyes are only for her. Enlist the help of a trusted friend or pastor and accountability websites like x3watch.com to develop monogamous eyes that come from a monogamous heart … and a husband she can trust. Security gives way to confidence.
  16. Talk through your budget together with her. Make sure you both have the resources you need to care for your family well. If you primarily manage the budget, ask her to make at least one change before finalizing it. Esteem wise financial decisions she’s made.
  17. Be a student of her body. Ask her, both while you’re in bed and at a completely separate private time, how you can please her sexually and make her feel secure and beautiful. Seek tenderly to understand her past and how it affects her in the bedroom. Be prepared to humbly accept what she says, embracing her without defensiveness.
  18. Gently protect her. Lovingly help her set boundaries with her time, energy, resources, and relationships (kids and mothers-in-law included).
  19. Give her a massage—one that doesn’t lead to sex, unless she’s clear that making love is what she would enjoy most.
  20. Send her an e-mail. Example: “Praying for you today. Thanks for being so courageous in ___.”
  21. Give her one night on a regular basis to do something she loves. Occasionally surprise her with an afternoon “off” so she can do something fun or just be alone.
  22. Consistently mention ways you see her growing to be more like Christ.
  23. Ask her about her “bucket list”—the top things she’d like to do in her lifetime.
  24. Give her a book or audio CD to learn about something she loves doing.
  25. Text her on a stressful day. Example: “REMINDER: I BELIEVE IN U.”
  26. Leave a message on her voicemail: “Thanks for serving our family every day. You are so good at ___.”
  27. Be proactive about doing something together that she really enjoys. Make a date, get her excited, and share her enthusiasm!
  28. Ask her, “If there were one thing I could do to love you better, to really cherish you—and you knew I would listen—what would it be?” Be prepared to follow through.
  29. Tell her areas she’s gifted in. Don’t stretch the truth: Be honest so she can trust you.
  30. Talk with her about setting aside a small part of the budget to pursue the unique ways God has designed her (including her gifts, abilities, and passions)—through education or through sheer enjoyment.
  31. Post on her Facebook wall: “I love being your husband. You still take my breath away.”
  32. Have your children write her notes or letters about what they love about her as a mom.
  33. Ask, “If I could do one thing that would really empower you and inspire you, what would it be?” Listen and follow through.
  34. As you think of them, remind her of specific times when she has made an impact in the lives of others. “Hey, I was thinking the other day about all the times you’ve invested in all those kids who come over here. You do such a good job making people feel welcomed and loved on.” “I don’t think I could count all the meals you’ve brought to people who are sick. You are wonderful at seeing people’s needs and giving of yourself to them.”
  35. Do something fun and unexpected together. Here are a few ideas: play paintball, laser tag, or sand volleyball; organize a picnic and bring the books you’re reading; take photos of each other; play a pickup game of a sport together; go to a drive-in movie, bringing popcorn and her favorite candy (let her initiate any physical advances for this one).
  36. Think about a way you’ve been hurting her or annoying her. Maybe there are ways you’re not “seeing” her—not stepping into her world to understand what it’s like to be her, with all of the things she cares about (see 1 Peter 3:7). Apologize, and work hard at showing true change.
  37. Find a mutually enjoyable activity you like doing together on a regular basis, even if it’s working outside together or playing the Wii together after the kids are in bed.
  38. Create a fun, life-giving atmosphere when you come home.
  39. Design a date night that will help her to de-stress and have fun. (Dare I suggest ballroom dancing lessons?)
  40. What’s difficult about her life right now? Pray for her endurance, and encourage her specifically. Galatians 6:9 is a great start for both. Think, What can I do to ease the load she’s carrying today?
  41. Organize or clean something of yours that you know she finds messy.
  42. Talk with her about her fears—both deep and insignificant. Over time, lead her as you work together to replace those fears with faith in God as expressed in His Word.
  43. Send a snail-mail love note to her at home, affirming all she does for your family.
  44. Think of something on her to-do list that she finds overwhelming or for which she doesn’t have much time. Talk with her (respectfully and gently) about the possibility of having it hired out (maybe you could pay a responsible high school student to log a few hours on housework). Communicate clearly that it’s not because you find her incompetent, but that you want to free her up from a burden.
  45. If your wife likes to dress nicely, go with her to shop for clothes in which she feels confident and looks fantastic.
  46. Be an advocate for her rest. Gently help her to evaluate and set limits on her to-do list, reminding her that she loves others best when she takes time to replenish.
  47. Let her overhear you speaking well of her on the phone—among friends, to your kids, in public places, and to your mother. Tenderly but firmly keep family members from speaking disrespectfully to her or about her.
  48. In her area of weakness, pray about how to subtly, gently step in and help her.
  49. Request, “I’d like you to think about something for me. I’d like you to tell me one area in which you want to challenge me, but you wonder if I will listen and if I’ll receive it well. If you’ll do that, I commit to listen to you without getting defensive or somehow punishing you for telling me.”
  50. If and when she messes up, respond with the kind of grace, compassion, and mercy that God gives us. Respond in a way that communicates, You’re safe with me—and I’m not going to rehash your failures. This is a secure place for you to grow … and I love the journey with you.
One final note: Maybe you are a man who initiates many kindnesses to your wife and you don't receive much respect or kindness in return. Or perhaps you’re a woman reading this under the burden of a husband who doesn’t serve you or protect you or cherish you. May you be gently, compassionately encouraged: Giving without mutual gain puts you in good company—the company of Jesus. May God give you significant grace as you pray for your husband and encounter the nitty-gritty, everyday battles against resentment and, in many cases, injustice. Our God is the God who sees

How to impress a woman with your wine knowledge

How to impress a women with wine
So, you’re sat at a table in a fancy restaurant. The décor is spot on, the ambiance is great, and the lighting perfect – you’ve chosen well. She looks incredible, you don’t look too bad yourself – you’re exuding confidence. This is already a decent date.

The waiter approaches, dapper in black and white, and leans in to break your flowing repartee. “Would you like to see the wine menu, sir?” he asks politely. You nod assuredly, of course you do – you are so in control right now.

Snatching the leather-bound list, you peel back the cover… and suddenly remember you know sweet FA about wine. Alarm bells start ringing, that confidence drains away like water from a titled plate, and your peacock plume falls limp.

This is your moment to be a real, sophisticated gentleman. It’s scientifically proven that, much like changing a flat tyre, a man that can tell his Merlot from his Zinfandel or his Chardonnay from his Moscato – without coming across as flashy arrogance of time spent holidaying in Tuscany – becomes infinitely more attractive to the opposite sex*. Start umming and ahhing, though, while muttering something about the complex body of a white Malbec from Iceland, and she’ll think you have the manliness of a manikin.

This is one of life’s important skills for every gentleman to tack. She doesn’t expect you to have the know-how and proclivity to claret of Robert Parker (if you don’t know who he is, you definitely need to keep reading), but it’s an erudite string to your bow that will certainly catch her attention. So, gents, while the complexities of wine choice are as deep as the Pacific Ocean, here is a simple and basic guide to getting it right…

MATCH TO FOOD
Wine is subjective, with different grape varieties and regions appealing to different palates. Therefore, look beyond the pricings – they give an indication of quality, but not a science of preference. Instead, settle on either white or red, have a rough idea of what it is your date and you are going to eat, and plan accordingly to pair the two…

Popular white varieties…
Sauvignon Blanc (crisp, light and fruity with sweet notes) >> Seafood, chicken and salads
Chardonnay (unoaked = fruity and fresh, oaked = more complex with slightly more body – don’t be afraid to ask if it isn’t made clear) >> Fish, chicken and pastas
Pinot Grigio (crisp, dry wines with fruity flavours) >> Fish and chicken
Riesling (light, zippy acidity with aromas of fresh apples) >> Fish, seafood and more exotic/spicy dishes

Popular red varieties…
Cabernet Sauvignon (full-bodied with rich currant qualities and pepper notes) >> Red meat and game
Pinot Noir (delicate and fresh, with fruity aromatics) >> Chicken, fish and lamb
Merlot (typical scents include black cherry, plums and herbal flavours. Slightly lighter than Cabernet Sauvignon) >> Pizza, pasta, charcuterie and grilled chicken
Sangiovese (medium-bodied with fresh berry and plum flavours) >> Good with almost anything – especially Italian food
Zinfandel (zesty flavour with berry and pepper) >> Pasta, pizza, and grilled and barbecued meats

VALUE FOR MONEY
“For great value for money,” explains Georgina Collett of Bibendum PLB, “I recommend stepping away from French wine, as you can be easily disappointed for the price. Chile offers an array of lovely, easy-drinking wine, while Italy offers a variety of quirky, indigenous varietals that are fantastic value. Argentina is also extremely popular at the moment.

“The adage of picking the second least expensive wine on the menu is rarely a great move. The restaurants may know this is a common theme, and could take advantage by marking-up the priceIf price is a concern, you are actually better off going for their House wine as this is what a restaurant/bar is judged on.

“For trendy wines of the moment, look out for the whites Picpoul de Pinet or Gavi; and for reds, Malbec or Primitivo (aka Zinfandel).”

Alternatively, you can always ask for a wine that is ‘full-bodied’ or ‘light’ (depending on your food choice). This shows your date that you aren’t totally befuddled by oenology, while allowing the trained waitress/waiter to steer you in the right direction.

TASTING
The waiter will re-appear and show you a bottle. This is to ensure it is the exact wine you ordered.
The bottle will then be opened at the table, and a small amount will be poured into your glass. He isn’t expecting you to delve into the tasting notes worthy of a connoisseur, you are merely checking to see if there is anything patently wrong with the wine – in particular, whether it is corked, in which case it will have a dank, musty, wet cardboard aroma and flavour. In the rare event of this happening, you are fully within your right to ask for the bottle to be substituted.

N.B. Contrary to common belief, the phrase ‘corked’ has nothing to do with the bits of cork floating on the surface – it is a term referring to a wine fault characterised by a set of undesirable smells or tastes found in a bottle.

5 Rules of Strong Relationships You must Follow

Rules of Strong Relationships

The point of this article isn’t so much to give relationship advice as it is to show that these pieces of wisdom have actually been studied and confirmed by scientists who dedicate their entire careers to understanding human interaction at its deepest level.

While you may act in accordance with the advice given in this article anyway, you might not realize the incredible effects doing so has had on your relationship. If you read this and you do think “well, duh,” my guess is you’re in a loving and caring relationship that rarely faces any truly rocky moments. On the other hand, if some of this advice is news to you, think about how you can change up your routine to improve what should be one of the most important aspects of your life.

1) Think Positively About Each Other.

Say it with me now: “Well, duh!” You might not need science to tell you that thinking positive thoughts about your significant other is beneficial to your relationship, but you also might not realize how beneficial these positive thoughts are. According to Bianca Acevedo, Ph.D. of the University of California in Santa Barbara, having almost constant positive thoughts of your mate allows you to experience “positive sentiment override.” This is fancy speak for “letting things go.”

When you’re constantly thinking of the great things your significant other brings to your life, you let the things that might annoy you about them fade away. For example, and I’ll be very candid here, my wife sometimes leaves her shoes in the middle of the floor, leaving klutzy me to trip over them once in awhile.
Imagine if my head was full of negative thoughts about her bad habits: I’d constantly harp on the fact that she “always leaves her shoes in the middle of the floor” (even if she doesn’t always do it).

Instead, if I happen to trip over her shoes, I take a step back and remember, for example, that she had a long day the night before, and had kicked off her shoes in frustration over something that happened at work the minute she got home. The fact that she forgot to pick them up pales in comparison to knowing how hard she works every day of her life, so it’s incredibly easy to let something so insignificant fall by the wayside.

2) Show Physical Affection.

Picture a cute little old couple sitting on a park bench holding hands while they enjoy the sunshine. We’ve all seen something similar at one point or another, recognized it as absolutely adorable, and moved on with our lives. But take a minute to realize that this old couple has been holding hands since they were in their 20s or 30s, or even younger! They’ve been holding each other’s hands for over 50 years, and have never once gotten tired of it.

No matter your age, showing physical signs of affection releases oxytocin, which causes a calm to come over your body. It works both ways, in that the giver and receiver of the physical attention benefit from a single action, such as a hug or peck on the cheek.

Of course, no discussion of the benefits of physical affection would be complete without a discussion of sex. Although there is the long-running idea that humans in their 20s are in their sexual prime, there’s also the idea that experience plays a large role in a couple’s sexual satisfaction, and that sex gets better with age. There’s no easier way to say it than “practice makes perfect.” The more sex a couple has together, the more they understand about what each other enjoys, and the better it gets.

3) Communicate Face-to-Face.

We live in a world in which we can spend our entire day at work texting our significant others. You would think the ability to be in constant communication with one another would increase our connectedness, and, well. . . you’d be right, at least in part. However, we should never use texting, email, Skype, or phone calls as a substitute for actual face-to-face communication and conversation.

Couples that have strong communication skills tend to be happier than those whose conversations are artificial and superfluous. They’re able to pick up on a variety of clues related to body language, voice inflection, and facial expression that simply aren’t there when talking on the phone or through text. Not only that, but the conversations had in person tend to be much more meaningful than those had through your smartphone. Lastly, when having a face-to-face conversation with your loved one, your attention is, or at least should be, completely on the conversation at hand. When you’re talking on the phone, you’re more likely to be distracted by other messages and notifications that take away from the authenticity of your interaction.

4) Push Each Other’s Limits.

No, I don’t mean you should annoy each other to your wits’ end! I mean you should always be looking for something new to do as a couple (side note: I’m really glad I included a section between this one and the one about sex, or this entire section could be read as a double entendre!).

Anyways, as a couple, you should always be willing to do something you normally wouldn’t do if not for your significant other. I have no qualms admitting that I enjoy going to art galleries and street fairs, as long as my wife is by my side. And she would never have found herself at a Yankee game in the dead heat of July, but together we’ve had some memorable moments at the Stadium over the years. Having a loved one to experience life with is incentive to actively go out and expand your comfort zone. Instead of waiting around for something amazing to happen to you, go out and experience everything you possibly can. Whether you enjoy yourself or not, you at least create a new memory to share with the person you love (often the funniest stories, in retrospect, are the worst experiences when they’re actually happening).

5) Have A Life Of Your Own — Together

Even married couples who have devoted their lives to one another live with the understanding that they are still separate people with separate hopes and dreams. A relationship may be made of two people who have joined together, but that doesn’t mean each party should live every single moment of their lives for the other person. And they shouldn’t expect it from their significant other, either.

When you enter into a relationship, you’ll most likely make some sacrifices that will be the difference between the person you were and the person you want to become. This doesn’t mean you have to give up your entire identity, though. In fact, if your significant other mandates that you completely overhaul your entire life, you’re almost certainly in an abusive or otherwise detrimental relationship. Though you both should feel the need to grow together, you should both also have the freedom to grow individually as well.

Having passion for life outside of your relationship can actually strengthen your relationship in a variety of ways. You’ll share more experiences (as previously discussed), you’ll be able to support your significant other in enjoyable ways, and you won’t become too overbearing or reliant on your mate. Most importantly, the more you love yourself, the more love you’ll be able to give. By living every moment of your own life passionately, you ensure that you maintain a passion for your relationship as well.

How to Use Sexy and Powerful Eye Contact to Get Girls

How to Use Sexy and Powerful Eye Contact to Get Girls
You do not necessarily need to be rich and handsome to get the attention of girls.
Never underestimate the power of your eyes.

When used well, your eyes can seductively lure girls and entrap them in your love web.
There are a number of ways with which you can use your eyes to attract and get girls.

Basic Tips on How to Use Powerful and Sexy Eye Contact to Get Girls

Using powerful, sexy eye contact will allow you to attract and seduce women much more easier.
Women like it when a man concentrates on them.

By staring deeply into a woman’s eyes, you are subtly communicating your attraction and concentration on her. This is a killer step, if you repeatedly do this to the wome n you meet , chances are that she will begin to enjoy this attention and will in turn reciprocate your actions.

These long deep stares do not ONLY tell girls that you find them attractive. They ALSO speak volumes about your personality and how confident that you are. Only confident men are able to look beautiful women directly in the eyes and NOT look down.

Most girls are attracted to men attributed with self confidence. They in turn interpret eye contact as an act of self confidence.

As much as a powerful eye contact has overwhelming advantages when it comes to getting girls, be careful not to overdo it. Always ensure that whenever you stare deep into a girls eyes that you have a hint of a smile on your face as well.

Your stare should also be gentle and loving but NOT intimidating. An intimidating stare will cause most women to run away in the opposite direction.

The advantage of a powerful and sexy eye contact lies in the fact that it can be used whether or not you actually know the girl. A lingering stare accompanied by a sexy wink towards a cute girl will catch her by surprise and she will want to know more about “this daring guy”.

When you are  having a conversation with a girl who you already know, when you are looking into her eyes, be sure to smile. You can occasionally break the intensity of your gaze by lowering your gaze to the area between her eyes just for a few seconds then gently stare back into her eyes.
Shy men are also encouraged to stare at women in between their eyes. You can take this opportunity to dilate your pupils. Dilated pupils express a burning desire. Girls like it when they know they are the object of your desire and they positively respond to such looks.

Aside from using sexy eye contact to get girls, use the up down look. When you give a woman an up and down look, you are not only telling her that you appreciate what you see but ALSO that you would like to know and learn more about what you see.

The eye speaks volume about your inner emotions. Whenever you stare at a woman, ensure that all your emotions are conveyed to her through your eyes. This way, you can ensure that your eye contact will get you the girls you want.
