How To Get Clear Skin Fast

1. Lemon
Lemon is one of the most trusted agents of nature when it comes to skincare. Lemon has a balanced quantity of citric acid which helps to remove dead cells and the Vitamin C present in it helps to get rid of any dark spots. It is also an anti oxidant that helps to flush out toxins from the body thereby aiding in cell renewal. The bleaching properties present it in enhances your skin tone. Cumulatively these bring you the clear skin you desire. Apply freshly squeezed juice from lemon to your skin. Leave for about 10 minutes and then rinse well with lukewarm water. For simultaneous exfoliation you can add sugar to the lemon juice, while adding honey to it would moisture your skin all along.
2. Turmeric
Turmeric is known for its excellent antiseptic properties and is also known to lighten skin tone. It helps to reduce marks and also heal scars. It is an effective element in treating allergy, inflammation and infections. This is a powerful tool to combat most skin disorders that cause your skin to look dull and devoid of luster. Take a spoonful of turmeric powder and make a paste of it by adding pineapple juice. Now apply this paste on your skin. Leave on till it dries completely. Now wash with lukewarm water.
3. Honey
Honey is known to possess antibacterial properties. Also honey is an excellent natural moisturizer. Naturally it can be used in more ways than one to keep your skin healthy and clear. You can directly apply raw organic honey to your skin, leave on for about half an hour and then rinse with lukewarm water. Or you may take about a teaspoon of honey, mix in with double that quantity of milk and stir in some gram flour to make a paste. Apply it on your skin. Leave on for about twenty minutes. Now wash thoroughly with lukewarm water.
4. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is known to provide many benefits to the skin. It is known to possess anti bacterial properties. So it can help you combat acne and inflammation. It also soothes skin when it gets irritated for any reason like say allergies. It has properties of a natural astringent which also helps to heal scars. Aloe Vera is also known to possess moisturizing properties that can help to stimulate skin growth and rejuvenate your skin. You can extract fresh gel out of Aloe Vera leaves and apply it directly on your skin with cotton ball. Leave on for about twenty to thirty minutes. Now wash thoroughly with lukewarm water.
5. Baking Soda
Baking soda helps you to balance the pH levels of your skin, which is of vital importance to maintain clear skin. It also possesses mild antiseptic and anti inflammatory properties. As such it can help you achieve clear skin by fighting off skin problems like acne, blemishes etc. Plus it acts as an exfoliating agent that removes dirt, dead cells and other impurities from your skin thereby making it clear. Make a paste by adding baking soda to fresh lemon juice and water. Use this as a skin cleanser. Then rinse with lukewarm water. You could also make a paste of baking soda and honey and apply it on your skin. Leave for a few minutes and then rinse with cold water thoroughly.
6. Cucumber
Cucumbers are known to possess hydrating, nourishing and astringent properties that are essential for a clear skin. You can make a habit of rubbing thickly sliced and peeled cucumber pieces to your skin at bedtime on a daily basis. You can wash it off in the morning. If this sounds uncomfortable, then grate cucumber, mash it and add some lemon juice to it. Apply it on your skin and allow it to dry completely. Now rinse thoroughly. You may do this daily for best results.
7. Papaya
Papaya is known to contain an enzyme called papain that has antibacterial properties. It can help you to heal any wound or scar on your skin. It can cure dead and damaged skin to turn it fresh and clear. It is also known to possess natural bleaching properties that can enhance the texture of your skin. You can take pulp of papaya and add to it a spoon of sandalwood powder and honey. Mash all these to make a smooth paste. You can also add a little rose water to it. Leave on for about twenty to thirty minutes. Now wash thoroughly with lukewarm water.
8. Walnut
Walnuts have anti oxidant properties that can repair damaged skin and bring out beautiful skin. When ground finely it turns into an exfoliating agent that can remove dirt, dead cells and impurities and turn lifeless skin to a glowing one. For that take finely ground walnut and make a paste by adding yogurt to it. Apply this pack on your skin and allow it to dry. When dry, you may gently rub it with your fingers using upward and circular strokes. Do this for about a minute or so. Then wash well with lukewarm water.
9. Coconut Oil
One of the main reasons behind dull and lifeless skin is the activities of the free radicals. Coconut oil has rich anti oxidant properties that can combat this giving you back clear glowing skin. Along with that coconut oil is also known to possess antibacterial and antifungal properties. Also it is a moisturizing agent that can penetrate deep within the layers of your skin to hydrate it well. You may mildly heat coconut oil and gently massage it to your skin. Leave on for about ten minutes and then wash thoroughly with lukewarm water.
10. Mint
Mint is known to contain menthol that soothes and cools your skin and also has healing properties that can fight away skin infections thereby giving you clear skin. Make a paste using mint, yogurt and fuller’s earth. Let it rest for a while, and then apply it on your skin. Leave it on till it dries. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
